For more experienced sailors, we recommend May, early June and September. This time of year the weather is warm, sea temperature is great for swimming and you’ll avoid the crowds and rush of the high season. Early spring and late autumn are also good sailing times, the weather is pleasantly warm, but the sea temperatures are only for hot-blooded swimmers.
For those less experienced, we recommend summer months – the wind is softer and there are many other boats around.
To navigate a vessel you are required to have a valid international recreational craft license and a radio certificate. If you don’t have them, you need to take a short course and exam to get them in all Port Authorities in Croatia. When renting a vessel, you also need to certify the crew list. All changes to this list must be reported to the Port Authority.
Yes, all yachts and crew on board are fully insured against all accidents.
You should bring your own towels, wind jackets, medications against seasickness, antibiotics against high temperature, something against insect bites, etc.
Embarkation is at Saturday afternoon at 5:00 p.m. but it can be sooner if the boat is cleaned earlier- just contact us and we will inform you is it possible to embark hour or two earlier then 05:00 p.m. You have to disembark at Saturday morning before 8:00 or 9:00 a.m.
You are free to discuss your route with your captain but there are few standard, which are the best because they give you opportunity to see as much as possible in 7 days.

If you have small children on a sailing boat, a safety net can be installed (additional charge). And if you are sailing with a motor boat, we recommend a fly bridge type, or a catamaran, which is the most stabile.
Yes, you have to pay for skipper’s food no matter do you eat in restaurant or on board.
Skipper is not responsible for cleaning the yacht, but he will usually do it if the boat is in marina and if there is plenty of water on board or at shore.
Yes. The skipper is always on board. If there is more than one crew members, when the guests are not on board, not all of them need to be there, but at least one always stays on board. Skipper and the crew also sleep on board.
In most marinas there will be enough parking place during whole season and the price for 7 days is about 25-30 EURO.
